Big Empty Ranch South

The Big Empty South spans 1,200 acres and boasts over 250' of elevation change. The high fenced Big Empty Ranch is in Guthrie, Tx, and in recent history was a part of the FOUR SIXES RANCH. Helicopter hunts are literally less than 1 mile away, as Cedar Ridge Aviation borders the north side. There is a 15 acre lake on the South end that will often have 1,000+ ducks. The Big Empty Ranch is also stocked with scimitar oryx, fallow deer, red stag, aoudad sheep, and impressive native whitetail. The ranch is loaded with blinds, corn and protein feeders, and has 6 water tubs. Running Water and electricity abound on both ends of the ranch.
